Veere 1809 Regency Civilian Weekend
This August ’24 we will organise another Regency weekend in Veere like in 2019 see the event page for info & tickets
During the reenactment event ‘Walcheren Expedition 1809’, there are extra activities for the ‘Regency civilian guests’ who travel down especially for this event.
Program 23-25 August
Friday 23 august 2019
1 – 3.30 pm – Regency Civilian Sail on lake Veere
5 pm – Dinner in Restaurant de Peperboom
7 – 9.30 pm – Dance workshop in ‘de Korenmaat’
Saturday 24 august
10 – 12.30 am – Regency Civilian Sail on lake Veere
1.15 pm – coach leaving from ‘de Korenmaat’ to Middelburg
2 – 2.40 pm – guided tour Townhall of Middelburg
3 – 4.30 pm – private walking tour in Middelburg
7 – 12 pm – Mayor Schorer Ball in the Townhall of Middelburg
Sunday 25 august
10 am – Memorial church service in the Little or Scottish Church, Veere
1.30 – 3.30 pm – Landings and reenactment Battle Veere
4 pm – Afternoon Tea, weather permitting outside ‘de Korenmaat’ or inside restaurant ‘de Peperboom’
